Lisa Bloom, the celebrity lawyer who has represented sexual assault accusers of Bill O’Reilly, Donald Trump, and Bill Cosby, as well as advising Harvey Weinstein in his sexual assault case, has announced that she will hold a press conference on behalf of one of the survivors involved in the numerous sexual assault, harassment, and discrimination allegations against Activision Blizzard.
The news conference, which will be held at Blizzard’s headquarters in Irvine, California, and will include a statement from the victim, was announced today in a press release from Bloom’s business.
The lady is a current employee at Blizzard Entertainment, according to the press announcement, and will “explain the alcohol-soaked atmosphere of sexual harassment […] and the retribution she faced after she reported the sexual harassment.”
Despite the fact that many people have spoken out about their experiences at the organization, this will be the first time a current employee speaks out publicly. The press conference will be live-streamed on Lisa Bloom’s Instagram account on Wednesday, December 8th at 12 p.m. ET.
