Woman missing from St. Paul found safe

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension said Thursday that a lady who had been missing from St. Paul for more than a week had been located safe.

Around 8 a.m. on Sunday, October 23, Lou Vue, 47, was last seen strolling in the 1800 block of Randolph Avenue.

She was reported missing on October 27; on October 28, St. Paul police and the BCA appealed for the public’s assistance in locating her.

Police called off the warning on Thursday, saying they had found her in St. Paul and that she was secure. In an updated message, the BCA expressed gratitude to everyone for their help and sharing of the information.
