Bernadette D. Draughn, 49, of St. Paul, was arrested and booked into the Ramsey County prison on Sunday in Minneapolis’ 1500 block of Chicago Avenue South, according to police spokesman Steve Linders.

Officers were dispatched to a Dayton’s Bluff building on the 700 block of East Seventh Street on Friday night to check on a person’s well-being. They discovered the victim, a man in his late 50s, dead from a gunshot wound.
