A second guy has been charged with the death of an 18-year-old woman who died in an internet cafe after being assaulted.
On April 16, shortly before 18:00 BST, Michael Toohey, 18, was assaulted on London Road in Liverpool city centre.
A post-mortem examination revealed he died from several injuries, according to Merseyside Police.
Michael Williams, 24, of Carlake Grove, Liverpool, has been charged with his murder and is scheduled to appear in front of the city’s judges later.
Anthony Williams, 31, of Walton’s Hillbrook Drive, is already facing a murder accusation.
As part of the investigation into Mr Toohey’s death, police claimed they had detained eight additional persons on suspicion of murder.
All of the accused, who range in age from 14 to 33, have been freed on conditional bail.
