A major route in Miramar was closed due to an apparently tragic early-morning automobile accident.
In the 8700 block of Pembroke Road, where at least one automobile was engaged, police were there.
Between 86th Avenue and Douglas Route, the road was blocked off as Pembroke Pines and Miramar police officers responded to the incident.
At this point, police have not disclosed any information about the collision, including the names of everyone involved.
