Liverpool Bus Driver Injured in City Centre Attack

According to police, a bus driver was attacked by two guys in Liverpool’s city center and sustained “many injuries.”

Near around 17:35 BST on Sunday, the driver was attacked at St Johns Precinct on Elliot Street, according to Merseyside Police.

The 64-year-old was admitted to a hospital, according to the police.

A spokesperson said that the males fled in the direction of Lime Street Station and were captured on surveillance footage running toward Skelhorne Street.
