The notorious rapper Tekashi69’s ex-girlfriend was detained on Monday after police said she attacked him in a Miami restaurant.
For the incident, 25-year-old Rachel Wattley was charged with one count of misdemeanor violence.
An officer saw Wattley and the rapper, whose actual name is Daniel Hernandez, arguing and ordered them to leave Kiki on the River in the 400 block of Northwest N River Drive, according to a police report.
Hernandez admitted to the police that his girlfriend had struck him before they left the restaurant. The report states that when officers arrived, they saw a little wound on his left cheek.
Police were informed by a security officer that Wattley had struck him many times before being arrested. Wattley is still behind bars.
Three years into their relationship, the couple had one kid together. With more than 1.7 million Instagram followers under the name “Jade,” Wattley is well-known online.
