When two patrol cars collided while being driven to different incidents in Liverpool, four police officers were hurt.
At the intersection of West Derby Road and Green Lane in the city’s Tuebrook neighborhood, the collisions occurred just before 1:30 BST.
Four policemen from Merseyside Police, two men and two women, were reportedly brought to the hospital.
Later, two policemen were freed. The collision didn’t involve any other vehicles.
“We are conducting an investigation into the collision, and CCTV and witness inquiries are underway,” Sgt. Steve Smith said.
I would like request that anyone who was traveling down West Derby Road in the early hours of this morning and saw the collision or who can help with our inquiry get in touch with us.
West Derby Road was partially shut down while the police investigation is ongoing.
