Dania Beach Man Accused of Sexually Abusing 2 Girls for a Decade

When the sexual assaults started, one child was just 5 years old and the other was 7 years old. About 10 years later, one of the girls had the bravery to come forward, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

According to documents, 53-year-old Jesus Davila was detained on Sunday on 44 counts of sexual violence and lewd and lascivious molestation of children under the age of 12.

Before 7 p.m. on Saturday, deputies were summoned to a Fort Lauderdale sexual assault treatment facility where the 16-year-old alleged victim claimed she had been sexually assaulted at 4 a.m. by a guy her family knew.

The police report states that despite the teen’s persistent resistance, Davila kept telling her how much she enjoyed it, how much he had taught her, and how he could be her “sugar daddy.”

According to the investigation, she said Davila had sexually attacked her between the ages of seven and sixteen roughly 40 or 50 times and made a commitment to stop.

The youngster and Davila were placed on a monitored and recorded phone conversation by detectives, during which the teen admitted to everything and that he had intercourse with another girl starting when she was five, according to the police.

When the other child was questioned, she said that Davila had sexually assaulted her 20 to 30 times up to the age of 15, according to the investigators.

Davila was detained after refusing to respond to any inquiries.

He is still being held without bond in the Broward County Jail.
