On Thanksgiving night, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue units responded to a two-car collision that hospitalized one child and three adults.
The incident occurred at 11:45 p.m. on Thursday near Southwest 136th Street and 187th Avenue, according to officials.
MDFR crews extricated a victim from one of the vehicles involved in the collision. According to Chief Fire Officer Chris Ibarra-Rivera, four units were required to free the victim, who was pinned beneath the car’s dashboard.
Two of the four patients were transported by helicopter to local hospitals.
