On May 28, 2019, the City Council

adopted Ordinance 957 that amends

Title 1000, Chapters 1001, 1002,

1003, 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008,

1009, 1010, and 1012 of the Mounds

View City Code. The purpose of the

amendment was to modify certain

city regulations related to building

and development, update certain

insurance requirements, remove

outdated and unnecessary code

CONDUIT REVENUE BONDS TO

FINANCE THE ACQUISITION,

CONSTRUCTION, AND EQUIPPING

OF A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN THE

CITY (OLD HIGHWAY 8 FAMILY

HOUSING PROJECT)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

the City Council (the “Council”) of the

City of New Brighton, Minnesota (the

“City”) will hold a public hearing on

Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at or after

6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers

of the City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8

NW in the City, to consider a housing

program and a proposal that the City

approve and authorize the issuance

of its revenue bonds or other

obligations, in one or more series,

at one time or from time to time

(collectively, the “Bonds”), pursuant

to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter

462C, as amended (the “Act”),

for the purposes of (i) financing

the acquisition, construction, and

equipping of an approximately

154-unit multifamily rental housing

development and functionally related

facilities to be located at 701 8th

Ave NW in the City (the “Project”);

(ii) funding one or more reserve

funds to secure the timely payment

of the Bonds, if necessary; (iii)

paying interest on the Bonds during

the construction of the Project, if

necessary; and (iv) paying the costs

of issuing the Bonds, if necessary.

New Brighton Leased Housing

Associates III, LLLP, a Minnesota

limited liability limited partnership, or

an affiliated entity, (the “Borrower”)

will own the Project. The estimated

maximum aggregate principal

amount of the proposed Bonds, in

one or more series, at one time or

from time to time is $38,000,000.

Following the public hearing, the

Council will consider a resolution

approving a housing program

prepared in accordance with the

requirements of the Act and granting

approval to the issuance of the

Bonds.

The Bonds will be special, limited

obligations of the City, and the Bonds

and interest thereon will be payable

solely from the revenues and assets

pledged to the payment thereof. No

holder of any Bond will have the right

to compel any exercise of the taxing

power of the City to pay the Bonds

or the interest thereon, nor to enforce

payment against any property of the

City except money payable by the

Borrower to the City and pledged to

the payment of the Bonds. Before

issuing the Bonds, the City will

enter into an agreement with the

Borrower, whereby the Borrower will

be obligated to make payments at

least sufficient at all times to pay the

principal of and interest on the Bonds

when due.

At the time and place fixed for

the public hearing, the Council will

give all persons who appear at the

hearing an opportunity to express

their views with respect to the

proposal. In addition, interested

persons may direct any questions

or file written comments respecting

the proposal with the City Clerk, at or

prior to said public hearing.

A copy of the housing program will

be on file at City Hall Monday through

Friday until the date of the public

hearing. At the time and place fixed

for the public hearing the Council

will give all persons who appear

or submit comments in writing to

the Council prior to the hearing, an

opportunity to express their views

with respect to the proposal. In

addition, interested persons may

file written comments respecting the

proposal with the City to the attention

of the City Manager at or prior to said

public hearing.

PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals

for the work described below will be

received by the City Manager at the

City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive,

Roseville, MN 55113-1815 until June

25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at which time

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The

1. Remove existing generator,

electrical, pumps, and piping from

2. Demolish the building at the

County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday,

June 17, 2019, at approximately 7:00 pm at the City of Shoreview Council

Chambers in the Shoreview City Hall, 4600 Victoria Street North, Shoreview,

Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the City to adopt a Modification to

the Development Program for Municipal Development District No. 2 (the

“Program”) and establish Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 (a special

legislation business retention and expansion district) therein and adopt a Tax

Increment Financing Plan (collectively, the “Plans”) therefor; all pursuant to

and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.133,

Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, and Laws of Minnesota 2014, Chapter 308,

Article 6, Section 13, all inclusive and amended. Copies of the Program and

Plan are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City

Manager at City Hall.

The property to be included Tax Increment District No. 12 is located

within Municipal Development District No. 2 and the City of Shoreview

and encompasses all property and adjacent and interior rights-of –way as

indicated by the legal descriptions listed below:

Municipal Development District No. 2 is defined as the corporate municipal

boundaries of the City of Shoreview. Tax Increment Financing District No.

12 is contained therein and a map is set forth below. Subject to certain

limitations, tax increment from Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 may

be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Municipal Development

District No. 2.

Roseville Area Schools is soliciting

proposals from qualified firms to

provide: (1) hauling and disposal

of municipal solid waste; and (2)

collection, transportation and

marketing of source separated

recyclable materials in a single

stream recycling system. To receive
