Slow Roll St. Paul bike ride


Join Slow Roll St. Paul on Wednesday, Sept. 27 for the last group bike ride of the season on the East Side. The ride will start and end at the East Side Freedom Library, 1105 Greenbrier St.

St. Paul Murals Project


On Friday, Sept. 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. mural artist Vanghoua Anthony Vue, along with the Minnesota Museum of American Art, will unveil a new mural at the Hmong Village shopping center, located at 1001 Johnson Parkway.

Join East Side Elders for another Elder Caféevent on Oct. 12, at 463 Maria Ave. The day will begin at 11 a.m. with a free flu shot clinic. Make sure to bring your medical insurance ID.

Family Fall Bonfire


Celebrate the end of the fall sports season with neighbors at a family-friendly bonfire on Oct. 18 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Phalen Recreation Center, 1000 Wheelock Parkway E. There will be roasting sticks, pie irons and hot apple cider.

St. Pascal’s Booya


The St. Pascal’s Men’s Club will hold their annual booya on Sunday, Oct. 15 from 10 a.m. until supply runs out.  Containers and individual servings will available in the St. Pascal school cafeteria located on the corner of East Third St.
