Festive Escalloped Corn

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter, melted

2 eggs, beaten

1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn, drained

1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

1 cup sour cream

1 box (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix

 

INSTRUCTIONS: Spray a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all of above ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees fror 40 to 50 minutes.
