Have a day of lakeside fun at WaterFest 2018. All are invited to join the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District (RWMWD) for a celebration of clean lakes. You’ll get an opportunity for a lot of water fun while learning about water quality, wildlife and ecological features of the beautiful watershed.

The event is Saturday, June 2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Phalen Regional Park, 1600 Phalen Drive in St. Paul, and aims to celebrate the outdoors and enjoy one of the lakes that makes the area a great place to live. Make the connection between activities in neighborhoods and the health of local lakes, streams and wetlands.

The day of fun includes canoe, kayak and paddleboat rides, fishing lessons and contests, games, a native plant give-away, watershed and art exhibits, music and more. Concessions will be available for purchase.
