Maple Roasted Nuts


5 cups raw nuts (we like 1/2 almonds, 1/2 pecans)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 325° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss ingredients spread on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, toss; bake another 10 minutes, toss; bake a final 10 minutes, toss. Allow to cool and store at room temperature.
