Deluxe Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, room temp

2/3 cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky

1 cup sugar

1 cup packed brown sugar

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 bag chocolate chips

1/2 a bag mini chips

1 cup Heath brickle chips

1 to 1 1/4 cup coconut



Preheat oven to 325° F.

Combine fl our, soda and salt. Set aside. Beat together, butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until mixed. Mix in the fl our mixture.

Add all the chips and coconut and mix until well combined.

Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Can add more chips and coconut if you’d like.
