Best Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:

2 cups flour

2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup oil

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup brewed coffee

1/2 cup cocoa powder

Frosting:

2 sticks softened butter

2 cups powder sugar

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in two greased (butter, not spray) 8-inch round cake pans.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Set aside to cool at room temperature overnight.

Combine frosting ingredients and beat on high for 2 minutes and frost cake.
