Beacons looking for another strong start

There’s no doubt that Concordia Academy would like to start out year two of district football the way it did year one. The Beacons opened 2015 with victories over Spectrum and Breck.

After week two, however, Concordia will be looking to change things up. The Beacons followed up their 2-0 start last year by going 0-7.

This year’s schedule is identical to the 2105 slate except that home and away are switched. Concordia Academy opens the season by hosting Spectrum and then it visits Breck in week two.

The Beacons are also on the road in weeks three and four before playing three of its final four games at home.
