Coconut Joys

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

2 cups powdered sugar

3 cups coconut

2 squares unsweetened chocolate – melted

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from burner and add sugar and coconut. Mix well. Shape teaspoonful into small balls. Make an indentation in center and place on cookie sheet. (The handle of a wooden spoon works well for making the indent.)

Fill centers with melted chocolate. Chill until firm. Store in cool place. Makes 3 dozen.
