Good Samaritans: Mounds View names citizen, coach of the year

Oakdale man cited for offering beer to child

The evening of April 16 in the 5000 block of Hadley Avenue near Castle Elementary School in Oakdale, a juvenile said a man offered him beer and invited him to a “hiding place.”
