Larson & Ebb: Preparation brings peace of mind to clients

Roseville attorneys Jane J. Larson and Mary Joki Ebb believe in planning ahead at every stage of life. In their combined 50-plus years of experience, they’ve seen what happens when you don’t plan ahead.

For example, a woman made an appointment to discuss what to do upon the death of her husband. Unbeknownst to her, he had never put her name on the deed/title to their home and there was no will. So it was necessary to file with the probate court to obtain ownership for the surviving spouse.

The probate proceedings took a lot of time and caused quite a bit of heartache. Some simple estate planning would have made this much simpler and less stressful for the surviving spouse and her children.

Preparation brings peace of mind. Every situation is unique and has its own challenges, but Larson and Ebb have successfully guided clients through this very delicate process for many years.

Larson and Ebb formed a law partnership in 2015 to better serve individuals and families in Roseville and surrounding communities. They are in great demand, so they brought on a new associate attorney -- John J. (Jack) Austin, a 2014 graduate of the University of St. Thomas Law School. Together, Larson, Ebb and Austin continue to provide the same excellent professional service.

All three attorneys are deeply committed to providing the highest quality service with the personal touch clients have come to expect from them.
